I support families across Toronto and the GTA, in hospital, birth centre and home births, and in the tender weeks after. Evening and weekend visits are always available.

What does a doula actually do?
A doula offers continuous emotional, physical and informational support. I don’t provide medical care — I work alongside your midwife or doctor to help you feel informed and supported.
When should I book?
Many families book in the second trimester, but it is never too late. I keep a limited number of births each month so everyone receives my full attention.
Do you support hospital births?
Yes — hospital, birth centre and home births across Toronto and the GTA, as well as planned and unplanned caesarean births.
Is doula care covered by insurance?
Some workplace health plans reimburse doula services. I provide detailed receipts so you can check with your provider.
