The sample policy allows enquiries about unused home goods within 14 days of delivery. Opened body-care products would not be accepted for change-of-mind returns.
Something arrived damaged?
A live shop would ask you to get in touch with your order number and a photograph so the issue could be reviewed. This demonstration does not accept orders or uploads.

Can I buy these products?
This is a Seven Rivers portfolio demonstration. You can choose options, build a sample bag and preview an order, but no purchase or payment is possible.
Do the body-care products contain added fragrance?
The sample shea butter and jojoba oil are described without added fragrance. Their ingredient information is available in each product’s details and on the Ingredients & Care page.
Will handcrafted pieces all look the same?
Small differences in shape, texture and colour are part of the collection’s handmade character. The product details give approximate dimensions.
Can I put together a gift?
Yes—try adding body essentials and a home piece to your sample bag. Gift wrapping is not included in this demonstration.
What happens to my sample bag?
